Bali Click runs this website. We help guests rent private villas in Bali and help villa owners find guests.

What we collect

When you send a request we store your name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and your message.

When an owner lists a villa we store their contacts, villa details and licence numbers.

We use analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to count visits and measure ads. Saved villas and your currency choice stay in your browser only.

Why we use it

To answer your request, confirm availability and arrange your stay.

To improve the site and measure our advertising.

We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

The villa owner or management company of the villa you ask about, only to confirm your stay.

Service providers that run the site: Netlify for hosting, Supabase for the database, Resend for email. They store data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for up to 3 years for accounting and dispute handling, then deleted.

Your rights

Under Indonesian law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to the contact email on this site.
